What is a Leader In Christ?
Many around the world consider Christianity to be a religion like any other, sharing good values and a belief in something greater. However, it’s different on the inside, when Jesus Christ is actually moving in your life, taking over everything and appointing you for great responsibility.
It’s a unique life to be devoted to bring change and build a different reality on Earth, while focusing and receiving from God in Spirit first.
God-given leadership requires us to rise up to who we are according to God, focused on Him to lead the way in spirit while navigating the world in all that it entails. Leaders in Christ are called into a unique lifestyle of Service, each with their own unique mission yet always focused on God and doing all things to build His Kingdom.
In this program, we support you to accelerate in the path that God has set for you while implementing and sharpening your leadership practices, aligned to Kingdom Culture and a standard of excellency.

How will this help me?
This Coaching Program provides the necessary insight, education, counsel, accountability and mentorship for leaders moving through their trials and tests, as they are being elevated by God into positions that make a difference in the world.
As an Elected Leader, you are consistently being prepared for bigger responsibility, and God’s Plan is beyond what you can carry by yourself.
And as you’re raised in greater authority, you’re learning to be present, centred, aware, analyzing, flexible, organized and stable, as you implement, delegate and produce in each season, while always knowing where you are in the bigger picture.
It takes a special strategic mindset that is humble, wise, unafraid of challenges and balanced between the spiritual and the physical, in order to bring forth everything that God wants to put in your hands – all while caring for a family and a home, a community and somehow living a “normal human life”.

What is the Coaching Structure?
We make it easy to integrate into your busy schedule, with bi-weekly 90 minute Coaching Calls, where we will:
- Discuss, map and clarify the important processes that you are experiencing
- Seek God’s Counsel towards your projects, questions, choices and opportunities
- Support your decision-making process with a focus on spiritual revelation, strategic planning and Wisdom
- Work on your posture and character to turn faith into fate, challenges into opportunities, and trials into growth.
What is the cost?
This program is by donation, the real cost is for you to be willing and engaged 100% in your objectives and mandates for the duration of our work together – then to share the benefits with the world.
When can we start?
There are 6 spots available at all times. Mentees receive coaching by project or for a season. Reach out to see when you can get in the loop.
