Mentorship Program
This Program is designed for Leaders of Groups and Organizations promoting any mix of the following:
Gospel of Jesus Christ : Charity : Education : Economic Development : Sustainable Development.
What do we solve?
The Workforce realities of Christian NGO’s and Charitable Organizations.
It is not a given to possess what is needed to create organized and flourishing environments, to support a diverse workforce, to create stimulating dynamics, to attract, engage and retain key talent and to engage teams beyond the traditional motives.
Even when the mission is fulfilling, effective collaboration and communication are essential for driving impactful initiatives.
“A team in it’s purpose, fulfilling missions that matter, that knows what it needs to do, that trusts one another and that is not afraid to be vulnerable or express their opinions is bound to be successful. ”
How are we solving it?
Providing the tools, insights, education and mentorship necessary for leaders to understand and organize their teams, to harness their team’s strengths, abilities, dynamics and genius, and to cultivate a stimulating and fulfilling atmosphere, allowing everyone to thrive while making a meaningful difference.
Our Mentorship program is a twelve week curriculum with weekly calls that teach leaders and their core team members to analyze, address and improve their teams quality one step at the time. Each Cohort is unique and the program adapts to it’s needs.
